Sessions are scheduled to run every other week on Wednesdays beginning March 2021, with each class running from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sessions will be held on the following dates:

Registrants will receive a participant packet prior to the start of the seminar. Bea Boccalandro

Bea Boccalandro is the author of Do Good At Work: How Simple Acts of Social Purpose Drive Success and Wellbeing, which was selected by three-time New York Times bestselling author and Wharton professor Adam Grant as one of his 30 book recommendations.

Bea also founded and runs VeraWorks, a global firm that advises companies on their social purpose efforts, and teaches corporate social purpose at Georgetown University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Bea’s clients include Aetna, Allstate, Bank of America, Caesars Entertainment, Disney, Eventbrite, FedEx, HP, John Hancock, IBM, Levi's, PwC, TOMS Shoes, and Toyota.

Charles Antis

A well-respected and widely known roofing expert, entrepreneur, and humanitarian, Charles Antis is the founder and CEO of Antis Roofing. He has become one of the most trusted names in the roofing industry countrywide, as well as an inspirational business leader championing social corporate responsibility.


Since 2010, Charles has served on many national and local boards for well-known organizations including the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), where he co-initiated the national adoption of all 165 Ronald McDonald homes across the country. He is also on the Leadership Council of United to End Homelessness and a board member of Orange County United Way, The Roofing Alliance for Progress, Orange County Habitat for Humanity (Habitat OC), California State University Fullerton Center for Leadership, and OneOC External Advisory Board.
