While plans for reopening public schools here are still uncertain, kids in Central Maryland need to be prepared for the school year, whether they’re in class or learning from home.
By adopting a student to support through United Way, you can help make sure area children are ready to learn and continue their education without barriers.
Too many families lack reliable internet access or the financial means to provide adequate school supplies and learning tools for their children. A donation of only $100 will give a family enrolled in United Way’s programs access to internet for the school year, a computer tablet, and school supplies for the coming school year.
Adopt a student and help bridge our region’s digital divide this school year. Every dollar counts toward a student's education!
